If a payment fails:
- The booking will not be confirmed.
- You may retry using another payment method.
- Any deductions made by your bank due to failed transactions are not the responsibility of Almasah Al Lamaa.
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
You will receive a confirmation message inside the app and via email.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may not be eligible for a refund.
- If our team is unable to provide the service due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
